Abhishek Girdhar
With experience across international clinical practice and Canadian healthcare, Abhishek takes a movement-focused approach to rehabilitation designed for real-world recovery. His treatments combine hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and patient education to help individuals move from pain to strength with confidence.
He specializes in Dry Needling (Level 1), BPPV dizziness treatment, neurological rehabilitation, and orthopaedic care—delivering safe, personalized, and effective treatment plans.
Working in both clinic and hospital environments, Abhishek supports patients of all ages, from athletes to seniors, helping them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Heena Sindhi
Heena Sindhi is a respected physiotherapist serving the Beaverton, Ontario community. With 13 years of clinical experience and three years practicing in Beaverton, Heena has helped many local residents recover and regain independence. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy with a specialization in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and continually advances her skills through professional training. Heena is a Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist and a certified dry needling practitioner, and she integrates these advanced techniques into individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life.
